Common questions

What do I need to bring?

Your unsigned document and a current, government-issued photo ID, like a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. Everyone signing needs their own ID.

Should I sign my document before you arrive?

No. Please wait. You need to sign in front of me (or on video for online sessions).

Is online notarization legal?

Yes. Texas has allowed remote online notarization since 2018, and I’m approved by the Texas Secretary of State to perform it. Most states and many organizations accept online notarized documents, but it’s a good idea to check with whoever is receiving your document.
